This battery fails to deliver the performance I expect from it. To be specific it provides much less illumination than the original battery it is replacing. Here is my opinion on why I believe this battery fails to meet my expectations. I will provide both positive and negative observations that you may want to consider before making your decision.

The Good
The price for the product is cheap, and there is no added shipping cost. The new battery appears to be fresh, in a good package, with labels identifying the product to be the model of cell I ordered. The batteries were delivered very quickly after ordering, and were packed well enough to protect them from shipping damage. The batteries all have good open circuit voltage ranging from a low of 3.242 Volts DC, to a high of 3.321 Volts DC(4 out of 5 cells higher than 3.290 Volts DC). My original used battery pulled from my Nite-Ize Spoke light has an open circuit voltage of 3.193 Volts as of the time of this review.

The Bad
The batteries appear to be slightly lighter in weight than the cell they are replacing, I don't have a precision scale to measure their mass, but the difference is perceptible just in handling the cells side by side. The thickness of these cells also appears to be visibly thinner than the original cells, although the diameter appears to be similar the original cell.
