Return Policy
Thanks for your shopping with us first of all. We will accept returns as following items/cases.
Returnable items or conditions:
All items with warranty date. 100% returnable if products was damaged before warranty date.
All general items was damaged by shipment or received by defective, buyer should report to us or open return request within 7 days when items were received.
Wrong items was received, should be reported to us within 7 days.
We do not accept returns as following items:
All seasonal items: like party suppliers, holiday celebration item;
personal care item with opened package: like bra, under ware, face mask, single use house ware, bandage and etc.
Discounted, promotion, closeout and final sales item: like items we are discontinues, under great discount for sale.
Damaged items with unusually using: Overload using, didn't follow instructions.
How to request return?
Please check your package once you received it, you have 7 valid days for 100% returnable request, count from date of delivered of tracking. You can login your account and contact us if you want to return or cancel your order. We will provide you are approval RMA number. Please put your RMA number on return label, also into the returning package.
All returns for cancelling order, should be in original/manufacturer package, in new condition. We may charge up to 20% restocking fees, the shipping is not refundable. All buyer have to pay for returning shipping.
Damaged or defective item, buy could request free replacement or refund after you get approval.
