All for small package or retail item, (all items are avalible for order on our website) will be shipped out within 2 business days. The delivery time is about 7-15 business day in the USA, 10-20 days to Canada, 20-45 days to worldwide.

All wholesaler order processing time is around 2-7 days. The delivery time is about 10-20 business days by FEDEX/UPS/DHL
Shipments time for pre-order item
Producing time around 30 days in regular
We are manufacturer in China, we need to produce your order in around 30 days once we received your down payment. When your order to be ready, we will send you our quality check report with photos, or you can send QC for inspection before your arrange blance.
Returns and refund policy
Our cost to deliver your order at your port in China, we accept order cancellation if the goods didn't start to producing. But down payment is unrefundable. If the goods were done and they didn't be loaded into container, we will charge 50% restocking fees. We refuse returns if the goods were loaded. We can provide you credit if there is quality issues to be found at your end, and problem was caused by our fault.
